INVESTMENTS/SALES
Seeking energetic and personable junior representatives to promote STARSHIP Creative and acquire/recruit/close motivated prospects to become either members of and/or investors with our company.
Also to research rental and commercial properties in specified areas for high-performance purchase prospects and assist in their acquisition.
* Must have earnest desire to both learn and share our company's (and their own) knowledge, wisdom and experience with people in the everyday world who want positive change in their lives.
* Must be familiarized with STARSHIP Creative, LLC's history, objective and various offerings.
* Must be familiarized with STARSHIP Creative Journal tools/utilities.
* Must be a driven problem-solver with initiative plus must have ambitions of their own.
* Sales and Rental/Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not necessary.
HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE?
- COMMISSION(S): 10-20% per membership (Up to $,$$$ paid monthly).
- SCALE: Industry standard payment for professional (licensed) accreditation* per acquisition.
- ROYALTIES: 11-22% ($,$$$ paid Quarterly) per investor asset acquired through you.
- EQUITY: You own 11-22% of each investor asset acquired through you.
There's also bonus initiatives and room for professional advancement via team leading, management and even becoming a senior representative/administrator.
